Forever Obsessed with Dresses

You know when you find a dress that makes you feel like what you’re actually worth deep down? Well, we found dresses that made us not only feel pretty, but truly classy, elegant, feminine, important, and truly ourselves.

To celebrate my friend Jaycee’s birthday, a few of us decided to spend the day in Park City, Utah enjoying summer activities, eating at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, and getting new dresses for the occasion. As the three of us are lovers of Julia Engel and her Gal Meets Glam Collection dresses, this seemed the perfect time for all of us to get one her her dresses!

First up, my vintage beauty of a friend, Lauren, wore the Celeste dress from GMG. She loves this dress as it is comfortable, simple, and easy to dress up or down.

My friend Jaycee loves wearing lots of navy, it’s definitely one of her power colors. But this time, she found the Madelyn dress from GMG that made her feel classic and lovely in the most beautiful maroon color. And I think it really is one of her power colors as well!

Perhaps it was something to do with my Northern European heritage that immediately drew me to the Chloe dress from GMG. With it’s blush base and floral lined sleeves, it feels like it could have been influenced by Scandinavian traditional clothing. This dress is among my favorites I’ve ever owned as it makes me feel sophisticated and timeless.
